The best way to cook with kids is to start with simple meals. Kids will understand the basics of cooking and they can help with the sauces and things like that. They can help clear up any confusion if there is something they don’t understand.

The trick is figuring out how much food you need to feed them and how often. A lot of kids will want fruit with meals or pasta with vegetables. But it might not be enough to serve four people at once; you might need more or less depending on how hungry they are.
